At Purpose-Built, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your label; we will track the shipment automatically.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
